Moderate
Limited evidence confidence · 48% evidence coverage
This score is driven most by exposure and self-sufficiency. Difficulty V2's separate time-limit modifier adds 0.35 points here and is capped at 0.70; a broad limit cannot erase extreme intrinsic demand. This is independent of the public Cutoff Pressure V2 band.
Course analysis
Expect sections where foot placement and downhill confidence matter, forest trail that may change character in wet conditions.
Cutoff analysis
To finish inside 10h, the raw average required is 10:55 per kilometre (17:32 per mile), including every stop.
Cutoff pressure compares the published time limit with distance, ascent and verified course demands. Lower pressure does not mean the race is easy. Raw pace includes checkpoints, food stops, navigation errors and any sleep; it is not a pacing plan.
Because ascent is not verified, Cutoff Pressure V2 uses the model's neutral 20m/km reference density. This assumption does not fill the ascent value or make missing evidence look easy.
Who this suits
There is not enough verified information to assess first-ultra suitability yet.
Navigation
Route-finding is part of the challenge. Carry the required mapping tools and be able to use them in darkness and poor visibility.
Exposure & kit
Night-running exposure has not been verified for this edition. Check the organiser’s latest schedule, route information and final kit rules.
Personal race predictor
No current compatible predictor target is available for this family. The selected edition may be complete or cancelled, awaiting a successor, non-standard, or missing model-critical course evidence; older facts are not substituted.
Practical detail
Logistics are only shown where currently recorded. Confirm parking, transport, crew access and final aid-station plans with the organiser.
Latest verification
The organiser explicitly states 08:00-18:00 / 10 hours, at least three aid stations, substantial mandatory kit including a headtorch, and the current 2026 circular route from Beechenhurst towards Monmouth and Symonds Yat. The exact aid count and night exposure remain unknown. The 2026 ascent is unknown; the 2025 UTMB record gives 1,300m, but the route changes each year so that value is not carried forward.
Still unverified: elevation.
Event details can change after a successful source check. Confirm the final route, kit, cutoff, price and entry terms directly with the organiser before entering or travelling.
