Moderate
Limited evidence confidence · 48% evidence coverage
This score is driven most by balanced overall demands. Difficulty V2's separate time-limit modifier adds 0.00 points here and is capped at 0.70; a broad limit cannot erase extreme intrinsic demand. This is independent of the public Cutoff Pressure V2 band.
Course analysis
Expect long runnable canal sections where pace discipline matters more than technical skill, largely runnable, non-technical surfaces.
Cutoff analysis
To finish inside 11h, the raw average required is 13:40 per kilometre (22:00 per mile), including every stop.
Cutoff pressure compares the published time limit with distance, ascent and verified course demands. Lower pressure does not mean the race is easy. Raw pace includes checkpoints, food stops, navigation errors and any sleep; it is not a pacing plan.
Because ascent is not verified, Cutoff Pressure V2 uses the model's neutral 20m/km reference density. This assumption does not fill the ascent value or make missing evidence look easy.
Who this suits
There is not enough verified information to assess first-ultra suitability yet.
Navigation
Route-finding is part of the challenge. Carry the required mapping tools and be able to use them in darkness and poor visibility.
Exposure & kit
Night running is not expected for most entrants based on the current format, but final kit rules still take priority.
Personal race predictor
No current compatible predictor target is available for this family. The selected edition may be complete or cancelled, awaiting a successor, non-standard, or missing model-critical course evidence; older facts are not substituted.

Latest verification
Completed on 2 August 2026 with 211 event results. This was the first qualifying 30-mile Maxi Canter; earlier long options were 26/26.2 miles and are intentionally omitted. £20 LDWA member and £25 non-member. Maxi walkers start 08:00, main mass 08:30, runners 10:00 and all finish by 19:00; 11 hours is the published maximum but elapsed limits vary with category/start. No ascent published.
Still unverified: elevation.
